Christina Waters exclusively owns and controls this website, which may contain information regarding my products and services offered. Client is bound by contract to withhold agreement placed upon event or shoot date, if client does not withhold the contract, client is subject to forfeiting deposit placed. Deposits are stated as non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by Christina Waters, owner of Watersfolk Photography, herself. All client are subject to reading and reviewing the contract sent via owner. Should the client not thoroughly read said contract, Watersfolk Photography does not fall responsible. This website is owned and operated by Christina Waters, and any feedback or concerns as well as requests for technical support regarding the website should be promptly emailed to watersfolkphoto@gmail.com.
